PHP/IOP Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate trauma informed Therapist to join our amazing team. As a Program therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with diverse needs. CMHC, LCSW, MFT, ACMHC and CSW’s are welcome to apply.
Moving Forward Counseling is an outpatient clinic located in Sandy, Utah. We offer general outpatient therapy, medication management, as well as Day Treatment (PHP) and IOP with mental health as the primary diagnosis. Our programs are growing so we need another qualified therapist that can help take the programs to the next level.
You will be assigned a caseload of clients you will meet with once (IOP) or twice (PHP) a week for their individual therapy sessions. You will also be running group therapy multiple times a week for the clients in the program.
Duties
– Provide direct support to patients, including crisis management and behavioral health interventions.
– Collaborate with therapists and medical providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
– Maintain accurate and timely notes and treatment plans
– Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Skills
– Experience in outpatient therapy settings
-Trauma informed required. Need to be trained in EMDR, ART, IFS or other evidence based trauma modality
– Familiarity with mental health and addiction populations and their unique needs.
– Ability to provide direct support to patients with diverse needs.
– Knowledge of behavioral health principles and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while being aware of time management requirements.
Pay: $72,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year

General Outpatient Therapist
Moving Forward Counseling is an outpatient clinic located in Sandy, Utah. We offer general outpatient therapy, medication management, as well as mental health Day Treatment (PHP) and IOP.
We are seeking general outpatient therapists that will build a caseload of clients that you will meet with for individual therapy sessions. The schedule and how many clients you want to meet with each week is up to you. We are looking for someone willing to work at least 15 hours/sessions per week. CMHC, LCSW, MFT, ACMHC and CSW’s are welcome to apply.

Skills

Pay: $45.00/session – $60.00/session depending on experience and training
